Pot-au-feu, a casserole made by simmering various vegetables and meat in a pot. Flavors of different ingredients blend together to create a delicious and heart-warming dish. A cut jacquard, using fifteen colors of thick wool yarn, is carefully cut each one by hand requiring much dedication of time.
