- I entered my ID and password, but cannnot login. Why?
One of the possible reasons for this happening is that your email address or password or both are typed in full-width characters.
Please type all information in half-width characters.
Another possible reason is that incorrect information may be contained with the address and password you entered.

- I cannot receive email from minä perhonen.
Our email may have been rejected from your emailbox or sent to your spam folder, identified as spam email by the security system.
In that case, please set our email address(info@mina-perhonen.jp) as acceptable address.
Also, if your email box is full, you cannot receive new emails. Please check if there is enough space.
When your order appears as "Order confirmed" on your page, your order is completed.- Q3.
- Is it possible to register without making orders?
You can make registration without making orders.
Please click cart mark on the top right side of the page, and move to "Sign in / Register" → "Create new account?" → "Registration".- Q4.
- I cannot register my email address. How can I do it?
When registering your email address, if the message "Either your email address is unrecognizable or already registered." appears, it means that
the address you entered is either unrecognizable, invalid, or already registered.
Registration with a different email address will be required.
Also, if you receive a message stating "there is an error in your information" when you are adding a new email address, it means that
the email address you entered is either unrecognizable, invalid, or already registered.
Please review the information you typed and resubmit or, if necessary, enter another email address.

- When will the delivery of my order be?
We dispatch items within 5 business days of your order confirmation (if you choose payment as bank transfer, after your payment confirmation).
The items with different shipping dates can be checked in each product page.
The orders received after 18:00 will be confirmed next day, and the orders received on Sundays after 18:00 will be confirmed next Tuesday.- Q9.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at information desk (with your order number and name) within 24 hours of your order.
After checking your content of order, we will complete your order cancellation.

- Can I cancel my order individually?
We accept cancellation of individual orders.

- I want to change my order.
We accept changing color, size and quantity of the item after purchasing.
Please contact us at information desk (with your order number, name and purchase items) within 24 hours of your order,
so that we can check if your preferred items are available or not.
We do not accept changing to other items with different price or method of payment. In that case, please order again as a new order.
Depending on when you make contact with us, there are also cases that the items are already in the process of shipping.

- I want to change my delivery date.
The delivery date can be changed.
Please contact us at information desk (with your order number, name and preferred delivery date and time) within 24 hours of the order.
The possible delivery date varies from which payment method you choose. We will contact you again after checking the possible delivery date.
We may not be able to change the delivery date due to the delivery condition.
Depending on when you make contact with us, there are also cases that the items are already in the process of shipping.
After shipping from us, you can also contact directly with Yamato Transport(Toll free in English:0120-17-9625)to change the delivery date.- Q13.
- I want to change my delivery destination.
We accept changing delivery destination after order.
Please contact us at information desk (with your order number, name and new address) within 24 hours of the order.
Depending on when you make contact with us, there are also cases that the items are already in the process of shipping.
If the parcels are already in the process of shipping and need to be sent back to us, please note that the shipping fee of ¥660 will be responsible of purchasers.
If you choose the payment method of COD, we cannot change the delivery address after shipping. In that case, the parcel must be sent back to us once, in order to change the destination.
Please note that the shipping fee of ¥660 + return shipping cost will be responsible of purchasers.
After shipping from us,(if you choose credit card or bank transfer as payment method) you can also contact directly with Yamato Transport(Toll free in English:0120-17-9625)to change the delivery destination.- Q14.
- Is it possible to combine multiple orders into the same parcel?
We can combine multiple orders together and deliver at the same time.
Please contact us at information desk (with your order number and name).
We will contact you after confirming the shipping status of your parcel.
Depending on when you make contact with us, there are also cases that the items are already in the process of shipping.
We may not accept combining multiple orders due to the delivery situation.
For the customers who choose bank transfer as payment method, please wait to deposit payment amount until we contact you to announce about it.- Q15.
- I will not be able to receive my purchase items. What will happen?
As a general rule, your parcels will be held at the Yamato Sales Office for up to one week after shipping from us.
The parcels will be sent back to us after certain period. In that case, please contact us at information desk within the valid period.
If the parcels will be sent back to us, please note that the shipping fee of ¥660 and in the case of COD, shipping fee of ¥660 + return shipping cost is responsibility of purchasers.- Q16.
- Can you issue receipt for my payment?
We issue receipt for your payment.
When ordering receipt, please note the address and description of the receipt in remarks column. If the description is not specified, we will prepare it as "In payment for commodities".
If your payment method is credit card, please use credit card statement sent from card company.
When you need another receipt from us, we will write that the payment is already completed with credit card.
If you pay with cash on delivery, please use the receipt from Yamato Transfer on the package invoice.
Please send us the receipt from Yamato Transfer on the package invoice, if you need it in another form. The receipt will be issued after receiving the invoice from Yamato transfer.
In that case, please note that you will have to pay an extra postage fee of ¥84.- Q17.
- Will the invoice or documents with prices of the order be shipped with the order items?
If the purchaser and recipient is the same, the invoice will be sent together with your purchase items.
If the purchaser and recipient is different, we will not include invoice and documents which may specify the price.- Q18.
- Do you have cards to write messages?
We have "sana card (https://www.mina-perhonen.jp/online_store/SP0042_74)", which is suitable for sending messages (¥250 + tax).

- Is it possible to combine my message card with the order items?
We can ship your message card with your purchase items.
If you want to send your card together with the purchase items, please write in remarks column of your order.
After confirming your order, we will inform you the address which we want you to send the card to.
After receiving your card, we will dispatch your parcel within 5 business days.- Q20.
- Can you repair the items of minä perhonen?
Please consult with staffs at information desk or our directly managed stores.
Let us know the details of the condition of the items. We will take care of your items in the store.
The staff in charge of repair will check them and inform whether the items are available to be repaired.
If it is possible to repair, we will inform you the estimated payment amount and approve your request.- How to order
You are very welcome to purchase items on the page of minä perhonen Online Store from anytime 24 hours, anywhere. In order to make an order for your desired item, you will be asked to choose the category of color, size and quantity and add it in your cart. When your desired item appears unavailable, you cannot choose color or size of the item on the page. We will check inventories of our directly managed stores. If we find your item, we will reserve it for you and receive order through email. Please do not hesitate to contact us at information desk.

Items that sell out before completion of order cannot be purchased. This may happen when customer traffic to our Online Store is extremely busy at the time you are placing your order and the item is purchased by the customer before you.- Payment
- Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is limited to orders within Japan. Unavailable with overseas orders.
We use Yamato Transport TA-Q-BIN Collect Service. Extra fee will be charged to the customers per delivery.The fee is as follows, depending on grand total of the order.

¥10,000 or more and less than ¥30,000 ...¥440
¥30,000 or more and less than ¥100,000 ... ¥660

Bank transfer is limited to orders within Japan. Unavailable with overseas orders.
After payment confirmation, if the delivery date and time is not appointed, the item will be dispatched within 5 business days of the order. If we cannot confirm your payment within 7 business days of order, we will contact you through email. Please note that if you do not reply to our email or the payment is not completed after the contact, we will cancel your order within 10 days of your order.Transfer destination:

To prevent from unauthorized use, we introduce security codes and 3D secure identity authentication. We may also check to verify the identity of the card user after the order confirmation. In that case, please note that we may have to hold the shipping of your order items until the verification finishes.Bonus payments are available for the following periods:

- Delivery
It is our policy to ship your order within 5 business days if you choose either "cash on delivery" or "credit card" as a payment method.
If you choose "bank transfer", we will dispatch your order within 5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please contact us if you do not receive your order items within 10 days after placing your order or completing your payment.Shipping carrier: Yamato Transport Co.,Ltd.

Shipping fee: The fee is free of charge for orders above ¥5,000. If you assigned two or more delivery address for a single order, the shipping fee of one address is free. If the grand total of your purchase items is below ¥5,000, we will deliver it with ¥660 nationwide.
The COD fee depends on grand total of the order.

- We take orders of preorder items within a certain period of time.
- Preorder items and the items which are sold currently at our Online Store cannot be ordered together due to the difference of different inventory stocking dates.
- Please note that the actual specifications, retouch and size may partly be changed.
- Since the arrival period of items varies, please check the scheduled release dates of each items before making preorders.
- *Due to various circumstances, the arrival period of items may change.

Returns of preorder items and cancellations
- We do not accept cancellations or returns after the preorder confirmation.
- If there are returns or cancellations due to the convenience of customers, such as refusal of receiving the items or unable to contact and the items cannot be received by the customers, please note that we will not be able to receive an order for future preorders.
Payment of preorders
- The payment of preorder items must be completed only by credit card or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
- *Credit card: If you choose credit card as payment method, the date of preorder confirmation is the payment date.
*Bank transfer: Please transfer within 7 days of the preorder confirmation. If no transfer confirmed after 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
Delivery of preorder items
- When the items arrive at Online Store, we will contact you. The items will be dispatched within 7 business days. If there are items you ordered which the arrival date will be in the near future, we may deliver them together.
- *Delivery date and time cannot be arranged by the customers.
*If you preorder two or more, we will ship from what is already available.
*The delivery date may vary and give or take a few days compared with other customers due to the arrival of items and order turns.

- Returns and exchanges
If you have request of returns or exchanges, please contact us at information desk within 7 business days of receiving the items, with the reasons of returns or exchanges. We will contact you back and inform the way of responding.
- If the reason is our flaw such as error of quantity, error of product or defective product (defacement, damage) etc, we will bear the cost of shipping fee from the customer to us and the re-shipping fee from us to the customer.
- If it is a case of customer convenience such as changing size or discrepancy in image etc, the shipping fee (for return and also the outward from us to the customer) is the responsible of purchasers.
Please return us the product tags and other accessories which were sent to you together with the purchase items. Exchange requests can be accepted only when we have alternative items available.
When situations below, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

- ・More than 7 business days have passed since the product arrived to customer without any contact to us
- ・The purchase item is interior fabrics
- *We cut interior fabrics according to the needs of each customer. Therefore we cannot accept cancellations and changes, when the reason is convenience of customers, such as discrepancy in images or order mistakes.

Mizuhiki decoration is a traditional decoration made from strips of washi (Japanese paper). It is perfect for celebrations such as marriage or childbirth, red and white Mizuhiki with decoration paper (noshi) of “land puzzle” watermark like design printed. One Mizuhiki is available for ¥110.
If you want to add it, please choose "YES" in Mizuhiki decoration when you make an order, and enter the desired remarks in remarks column of your order (available only in Japanese). We also accept printing names on the decoration paper (noshi) in Japanese. Therefore if you wish to do so, please enter your information such as sender (your name) in remarks column of your order in Japanese.

In the case not having address in Japan, we recommend you to use forwarding service.
