Following the government's issuance of stricter measures to prevent the spread of the virus in Tokyo and Kanagawa prefecture, the government has decided to apply the measures to Kyoto, Ishikawa, and Nagano prefectures from January 27.
During this period, all minä perhonen stores will be open according to the below mentioned:
・The interior of stores, cafes, and diners will be ventilated at all times and cleaned frequently using disinfectants.
・Staff will wear masks to assist customers.
・The stores will be open with restricted admission.
・Business hours will be the same as usual.
We would kindly like to ask customers to cooperate in the following points when visiting our stores:
・We decline admission to our stores if customers are not wearing a mask.
Guardians of children are asked to make decisions and act accordingly for safety management.
・At admission to our stores, we carry out disinfection of hands and take body temperatures of customers. Customers will be declined admission if they have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
・We kindly ask customers to disinfect their hands after trying on clothes.
・We kindly ask customers to maintain distance from other customers and staff. The same applies to when lining up for the cashier.
The Daikanyama Store, materiaali, Kyoto Store, Kanazawa Store, Matsumoto Store, and koti also offer online customer service. Please feel free to inquire within.
We also recommend customers to use the mail order service from the Online Store.
