Sans Soufre
Sans Soufre of Takeda Winery, which wine etiquette Minagawa designed, is made from 100% ripe Delaware grapes produced by cooperating farmers in Kaminoyama city. The Delaware species, which is widely grown in Yamagata, has a gorgeous aroma and depth when well cultivated and brewed. The wine is vinified by the “Sans Soufre” method, which does not use sulfate and is made into a sparkling wine using methode ancestrale.
The wine is made without antioxidants, filtration, and has an honest taste that is nurtured in each bottle. Please enjoy the lively taste of the wine.
