STAUB Forest cocotte

“STAUB × minä perhonen Forest cocotte” is a collaboration item with STAUB, a French enameled cast iron cookware and bakeware manufacturer established in 1899. In the year 2019, Minagawa visited the manufactory in France and worked together with local craftsmen to create the cocotte with great attention to detail. Sceneries of a large tree spreading its branches, bearing a lot of fruits in the forest, and a peaceful scene of birds gathering and nibbling the fruits are depicted on the top of the lid. Two colors are available: basil green, with its beautiful shifting colors of glaze, and gray, which Minagawa always uses.
