A book of Akira Minagawa’s illustrations has released in a boxed set of two books under the art direction of Kaoru Kasai (Same Art Director with the exhibition "minä perhonen / minagawa akira TSUZUKU"). One book contains 332 illustrations from the serial novel mori e ikimasho (a novel by Hiromi Kawakami / serialized from January 2016 to February 2017) in The Nihon Keizai Shimbun, and the new illustration drawn for the inside cover when the novel book was published.The other book contains 297 illustrations from the serial column Nichiyo ni omou (in charge of illustrations since April 2016) in The Asahi Shimbun. Both are full-sized versions of the original drawings.

We would be delighted to see you enjoy the drawings drawn with Minagawa’s sensibilities, which are different from the uniqueness used in the designs for minä perhonen.
